The CNMV has joined the Enterprise Network for Diversity and LGBTI Inclusion (REDI) to strengthen our commitment to creating inclusive, safe and respectful workplaces for everyone.

This marks a decisive advance towards fostering a corporate culture that embraces visibility, equality and respect. By joining REDI, we have become part of a network of over 300 organisations from diverse sectors and of various sizes, all committed to promoting work environments where everyone can be themselves and develop their talents, free from prejudice and stereotypes.

REDI is a non-profit association that helps organisations in building professional environments without discrimination and full of opportunities, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.

Through this collaboration, the CNMV will gain access to tools, training, and networking opportunities to facilitate the development and implementation of inclusive policies.
